Returns and Exchange
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
- No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out of stock items.
- Product(suits) with customize measurements will not be exchange.
- Exchange is not possible without the original receipt and product should be unused.
- If customer wants to exchange size/color of the product received, customer has to send product back with a trackable courier on his own expense.
- If the product sent was damaged from our side, we will try to arrange a courier who will pick the parcel from your doorstep.
- For Any query contact our customer service center at WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.
Refund
We have a No Refund Policy. Without product use any kind of quality claims are not acceptable. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after receiving damage product. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. Kamalia Mart may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors etc.
